I have been part of our school community for 28 years and have had the privilege of teaching every year group across the school. It is especially rewarding to now be teaching the children of former pupils. I believe children learn best in a classroom where they feel safe, valued and happy. I strive to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children are encouraged to challenge themselves, develop resilience and enjoy learning every day.

After recently taking a sabbatical to learn Welsh, I am excited to begin my journey of sharing my love of the language with children across the school. I hope to inspire them to embrace Welsh with confidence and enthusiasm.

Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, walking the dog, going to the theatre and cheering on Wales at the rugby in Cardiff- win or  lose!!
