Our School Office is open from 8.45am - 3.30pm daily and is staffed by our Administration Team who are here to support you with any questions, or needs you may have.

We use ParentPay for all Extra-Curricular Clubs, school visits, dinner orders and other payments.  We also have a contactless payment system within the office which can be used to pay for Extra-Curricular Clubs, school visits and other items. (School meals excluded). 

Communication with School - Using AI to help write to us

Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can be helpful, but they can sometimes make communication with us longer, broader or less accurate than intended.

Before sending us a message using AI, please check that:

• The tone is appropriate
• It only asks for what you genuinely need
• The wording is clear, concise and focused
• It clearly says what outcome or information you are looking for
• Any factual references are accurate

We are seeing an increase in initial and secondary correspondence that appear to have been drafted by AI. These can require additional clarification because of inaccuracies or unnecessary complexity. Clear and focused communication helps us to respond more quickly and accurately.

Should you have queries relating to Playgroup or Holiday Club during the school holidays, please speak to staff at drop off or collection or call 01978 852342 and follow the relevant options. 

Informing the Office of Changes

Please let the office know of any changes to your contact details, so that we can keep our records up to date. The Office can be reached by phone, email or preferably by using the My Child at School App which can be downloaded from the App Store. 

If you are not able to call into our Reception, you will find a variety of information and forms here to help you, including the most appropriate email addresses to use to contact us. 

Dog Free Campus

Please note that dogs, unless assistance dogs, are not permitted on the school site at any time. Thank you for your cooperation in this important area.

Annual Consent Form & Information

Please find attached a form for you to fill in regarding certain permissions and dietary requirements/allergies. Please fill this in as soon as possible to ensure the information we hold is current. Only one parent/carer needs to fill the form in. 

The Term Time Holiday Request Form can be found below. Please download and complete this. Once completed, this form should be emailed to attendance@allsaints-pri.wrexham.sch.uk and a response will be sent to confirm receipt.  In line with the Local Authority Attendance Policy, term time holidays are not authorised.

My Child at School (Bromcom App)

We use the My Child at School app to allow you to update your child's information directly with us at a time that is convenient to you.
