Our F1 in Schools Club has made an exciting start, with pupils coming together to form their racing teams and explore the different roles and responsibilities needed for success. Team members considered their individual strengths and skills, working collaboratively to decide how they could each contribute to their crew.

It was a fantastic first session, demonstrating teamwork, communication and problem-solving, with plenty of hard work and excitement ahead as the teams prepare to become race-day ready!
